California Livin' Published 2007-09-08 at 21:04:49Z under biographical, homepage, silicon-valley So I'm finally moved. Google made the process fairly painless for me, but it was still a very stressful month. And it's not over yet. I'm drowning in boxes, and even though I got rid of room-fulls of stuff before the movers came, I still have more stuff here than I would like. So what's California like? I've gotten this question a lot. I'll try to document all of my first impressions here, before I forget: First, the weather here is awesome. I had always been told that "it's always sunny here" but I just figured they were exaggerating. They're not. I have seen perhaps a total of one hour worth of cloudy skies in the month I've been here. It's bright, sunny, and not too warm. The evenings are cool, which is exactly how I like them. I can't get over this.
