Win98 question?

I have finally got all the parts for the iopener and installed the system
boot disk on c: i-opener drive. I've put win98 install files on e: and am
trying to install win98. When I run setup.exe, it gives the normal "setup
is blah blah.. press enter to continue or escape to quit". Then, it comes
to a blank royal blue screen and just hangs there.

Any ideas why? I really hate to take the hd out, install win98 on c and put
it back in the I/O because there's really no reason that what I'm doing
shouldn't work (well, at least I don't *think* there is!)

Any ideas on what might be the problem or things to try to get it working?
